What is the Entrepreneurs Summit?

The Entrepreneurs Summit is designed to facilitate introductions and provide education for promising entrepreneurs and investors exploring opportunities in massive growth markets. In particular, we seek entrepreneurs (prospective, first time, and serial) innovating at the intersection of multiple sectors and creating new markets. We are a community of experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and innovative professionals from dynamic companies passionate about facilitating introductions, sharing best practices, and shaping industries. The summit takes place once a year in Silicon Valley or San Francisco. The Entrepreneurs Summit is designed, produced, and wholly owned by Summit Pioneer, LLC.

We limit the size of the summit to under 120 participants. The target breakdown is as follows:

* Entrepreneurs: 50%

What payment options are available?

Payment is due at the time of registration using the secure online form and may be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?

Your email confirmation, sent to you after you complete the online registration form, will serve as your receipt.

If I can only attend for part of the day, do I have to pay the full registration fee?

All registrations are for the full duration of the conference. Whether you attend the full day or take part in the full program, the same registration fee applies.

May I attend as a member of the press/media?

Members of the press or media wishing to attend must submit credentials and request advance approval of Entrepreneur's Summit by completing the online registration form. Email us at media@summitpioneer.com and we'll send you the link to the online registration form. All media delegates will be asked to agree and comply to our press policy. Press Policy - Press authorized to attend Entrepreneurs Summit must be pre-approved and registered through Entrepreneurs Summit. Unless otherwise notified, registered press are free to attend all plenary sessions throughout the conference. Though many of the presentations will be considered on the record, there may be presentations that will be strictly OFF THE RECORD. Entrepreneur's Summit has the right to deem any session as OFF-THE-RECORD and/or closed to press, and notify press thereof, at any time before or throughout the conference. Entrepreneur's Summit is not responsible for the speakers’ schedules and therefore any requests for meetings or interviews with speakers, sponsors and other third-party conference participants must be arranged directly through their public relations department.

How do I cancel my registration?

Registration cancellation requests received in writing prior to 12 noon, September 20, 2016, will qualify for a refund, less a 15% administration fee. No refund will be given on cancellation requests received after this date and time. Please contact us via email at registration@summitpioneer.com with any cancellation or transfer requests.

Can I transfer my registration?

Should the original registered participant be unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Substitutions may be made until 12 noon, October 5, 2016. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be made via email to registration@summitpioneer.com. No partial transfers are permitted.

How do I check in to the Entrepreneur's Summit when I arrive?

The Entrepreneurs Summit registration areas will be clearly marked and remain open throughout the day. All attendees may be asked to submit a business card and/or to present photographic identification upon arrival to the conference.

What is the suggested attire for Entrepreneurs Summit?

Dress is business casual unless otherwise indicated on the agenda. Name badges must be worn at all times throughout the Conference in order to gain admission to all sessions, meals and functions.

May I bring a guest to the evening event?

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity limitations, guests may not attend the day-time sessions or the evening events. Admission to all events, including meals and receptions, is exclusive to registered participants only.

Am I allowed to record any of the sessions or events?

No, any unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited.

Will anyone be taking pictures during the conference?

Yes, pictures will be taken during the conference. By registering for the conference, you acknowledge that there is a possibility your picture or video may be taken and that the event organizers and any sponsors can use the photo or video for their marketing purposes and that you will not be entitled to any compensation for the photo or video. Please read the full Terms and Conditions upon purchasing your pass to the summit.

Personal Data

Any details you provide to us in the registration form will be used to fulfill our obligations to you in relation to the event. The Organizers may also use these details to keep you informed of other products and services which may be of interest to you. In registering for this event, relevant details will be included into a participant list for the benefit of event sponsors. Normally this information would be: name, title, company, address, phone number and email. Please advise us if you they do not wish to have your details included in the event participant list or our distribution list for future events. In addition, you acknowledge that Organizers and/or any delegate and/or attendee at the event may take photos and/or videos of all or part of the event. We may include any of these photos and/or videos on any of our websites and/or promotional materials, at our sole discretion.
